Foundation golf tournament back on the tee

A record number of 31 teams participated in this year's Foundation Golf Classic on May 7 at Willow Creek Golf Course. The 19th annual tournament raised more than $41,000 for the students and staff at Bearden High School.

Cherokee Distributing, University Eye Specialists and The Heins Family were our featured sponsors. Top Dog sponsors include Bert Bertlekamp, George Georgiafandis, Merit Construction, Safe Splash, Witt Building Materials, Pilot Company, Scott Smith, Brown Bag Catering and Chick-fil-A.
